PEEK brush filament has excellent chemical stability, strength, stiffness and toughness, and is not afraid of water, oil and halogenated hydrocarbons at room temperature, Ordinary acid and alkali, only soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid, can be repeatedly sterilized at high temperature up to 345℃, very suitable for application in various high-end hairbrushes, medical brushes and test tube brushes. PeekFil Brush Fiber has outstanding heat resistance without obvious deformation under the high temperature environment.
PeekFil Hairbrush Filament has good characteristics of flame retardancy, toughness, higher straightness, and stable chemical properties. All nylon plastic bristle can be OEM in terms of color, shape and function.
