PBT crimped Brush Filament is widely applied in industrial brushes, such as conveyer brush, spiral brush, cylinder brush etc. PBT crimped Industrial Brush Filament has minimum diameter from 0.05mm and the uniform diameter feature improves the physical property of industrial brushes. Better wear resistance and impact resistance filament performance makes brushes work more efficiently.
PBT crimped Brush Fiber has good bending recovery strength to rebound quickly after use and filament can bear high temperature of 230℃ working environment. Excellent tensile strength and moderate softness and hardness characteristic increases the success rate of filament tuft process without filament breaking and falling off situation. Functions, diameter and color can be customized base on clients' requirements.
