Through adopting the authentic ball point technique, the end part of Nylon6/66 filaments are melted to form the single-headed ball tip or double-headed ball tip. Nylon ball tip filaments can solve the problems of filament dropping, while the ball tip fiber can improve the efficiency of tufting and reduce the production cost.
